The ideal home for our Wine
The Ballabio wines are the product of a close collaboration between our oenologist and agronomist and contain all the characteristics of the land of their roots.

The cellars are organized as follows: one area is dedicated to fermentation, one to winemaking and one to ageing.
The winemaking cellar is equipped with temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
The historical ageing cellar in the basement also has automatic room temperature control and a constant natural humidity all year round.

The product, bottled as described above, remains in the cellar for a period that varies, depending on the wine typology, to complete the refining process before being placed on the market.
