The ideal home for our Wine
A close collaboration between the oenologist and the cellarer lies at the root of the Ballabio wines, sincere wines that yield the characteristics of the land they were born in.

The cellars are organized as follows: one area is dedicated to fermentation, one to winemaking and one to ageing.
The winemaking cellar is equipped with temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
The historical ageing cellar is located in the basement and is also equipped with automatic room temperature control and a humidifier that keeps humidity constant during the entire year.

The product, bottled as described above, remains in the cellar for a period that varies, depending on the wine typology, to complete the refining process before being placed on the market.
